La Pavoni Cellini EVO PID
Rotary Pump Control
The Cellini Evo PID uses a 20 bar commercial rotary pump, giving it quieter operation and more consistent pressure delivery than vibration pump machines. It can run from the internal 1.7L water tank or be connected directly to mains water, making it better suited to users building a fixed espresso station rather than a purely benchtop setup.
Larger Heat Exchange Platform
A 1.8L heat exchange boiler allows brewing and steaming at the same time, delivering stable thermal performance during repeated espresso preparation and milk texturing. The boiler and pump gauges provide clear feedback during use, while the insulated steam wand and hot water outlet support a smoother workflow for milk drinks, long blacks and cleaning tasks.
Refined Daily Operation
The hidden PID interface beneath the drip tray keeps the exterior clean while allowing boiler temperature adjustment and access to functions like ECO mode, standby settings, water connection management and the shot timer. This gives the Cellini Evo PID modern control without losing the traditional lever-operated feel that defines La Pavoni’s domestic espresso range.
